Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, chat, or email.
Resolve issues related to order, deliveries payment, refund, etc.
Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interaction.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must
