Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via calls, emails, or chat Provide accurate information about company products and services Resolve customer issues within defined timelines Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
