certified company. Rently has built cloud-based technology solutions to make renting

process an enjoyable experience. Rently has invented a self-showing solution for

residential rental vacancies; the first in the market to do so. It is a successful brand in

the US market that has been serving real estate managers with their SAAS platform

and hardware products pertaining to property management and access in particular.

Providing excellent customer service to all Rently users. An ideal candidate should

be comfortable with handling customer support requests through email, chat and

voice support. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication

skills. This position has an opportunity for growth in a US based company.

Daily Tasks:

Taking care of support requests through voice mediums. Maintaining high quality standards on customer experience Making real-time decisions Escalating high level requests to proper internal channels. Rently being an ISO certified company focuses on maintaining security, any
individual associated with Rently is expected to maintain the same.

Hours:

Operating in US hours Be ready to work on night shifts and during weekends based on the work schedule.
