**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our rapidly-growing E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Richpanel chat, Shopify, and a deep understanding of the E-Commerce industry. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and have their queries and concerns addressed promptly. --- **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution. 2. Utilize Richpanel chat to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges on Shopify, and provide relevant information to customers. 4. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Provide feedback and insights on customer trends and potential areas for improvement. 6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range and stay updated on industry trends. **Requirements:** 1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the E-Commerce industry. 2. Proven experience with Richpanel chat and Shopify. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. 6. Familiarity with other E-Commerce tools and platforms is a plus.
