We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to assist shoppers in our garment showroom. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience that drives customer satisfaction and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable garments
Provide accurate information about products, sizes, fabrics, prices, and offers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the showroom
Assist with billing, exchanges, and returns as per store policy
Coordinate with sales and inventory staff to ensure product availability
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
Meet individual and team sales targets
QUALIFICATION - INTERMEDIATE
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of fashion, fabrics, and current trends
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
