Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, and manage order processing and tracking using Excel and internal tools.
Role:
Customer Care & Order Management Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Voice & Non-Voice):
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
Resolve complaints and provide accurate product/order information
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
Order Management:
Process new orders and update order status in the system
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
Track shipments and handle return/refund requests
Maintain order records and generate reports using Excel
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in English , Hindi and Telugu (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service preferred
Graduate in any discipline.
