Customer Care Officer

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer queries
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Coordinate with service and technical teams for customer support
Maintain customer records and service logs
Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction
Assist in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) reminders and scheduling
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
