Position: Customer Care Executive
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Care / Customer Support
Salary: Up to ?21,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
Provide accurate information about company products and services
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company processes and communication standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months experience in a Customer Care / Call Center role
Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Good communication and listening skills
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in retail or electronics customer support will be an added advantage
