About the Role:



We are looking for a

Customer Care Manager cum Floor Manager

to manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure smooth showroom operations. The ideal candidate will handle

customer care, delivery coordination, and floor management

, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and delightful experience from purchase to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

Customer Care Department

and ensure timely resolution of customer feedback, complaints, and queries. Handle

post-sales customer interactions

, including follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and retention activities. Supervise

showroom floor operations

--maintaining discipline, ambiance, and a customer-friendly environment.

Coordinate and oversee vehicle delivery operations

to ensure smooth, error-free, and memorable handover experiences for customers. Liaise with sales, service, finance, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring adherence to brand standards. Manage escalations professionally, ensuring swift resolution and enhanced customer delight. Guide and train front-line staff in communication, grooming, and customer service excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline .

4-5 years of experience

in the

automobile industry

, preferably in customer care, CRM, or floor management roles. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to handle customer-facing operations and coordinate across multiple departments. Familiarity with dealership CRM/DMS systems will be an added advantage.
