We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CRE/CCM l to join our leadership team.

(CRE/CCM) - Work Responsibilities



1. Admission & Inquiry Handling



Attend and respond to walk-in, phone, and online admission inquiries. Maintain a proper record of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the school CRM or register. Guide parents about the CBSE curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process. Arrange and coordinate campus visits for prospective parents and students.

2. Parent Communication & Relationship Management



Build and maintain healthy relationships with parents and guardians. Handle queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Keep parents informed about school events, policies, and important updates through calls, emails, or messages. Coordinate PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) and ensure smooth communication between parents and teachers.

3. Marketing & Outreach



Support the marketing team in promoting the school's brand through social media and offline events. Assist in organizing open houses, school tours, workshops, and orientation programs. Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials in the community.

4. Record Keeping & Reporting



Maintain an updated database of inquiries, admissions, and withdrawals. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly admission status reports for the management. Track follow-up actions and conversion rates.

5. Event & Activity Support



Assist in planning and executing cultural, academic, and sports events to showcase the school's strengths to prospective parents. Coordinate student participation in inter-school and community events.

6. Feedback & Service Improvement



Collect feedback from parents regarding facilities, teaching, and events. Suggest improvements to enhance parent satisfaction and retention.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
