Job title: Customer Care Manager

Location : Bhandara Road, Kapsi, Nagpur.

Key Responsibilities:



Relationship Management

: Ensure a high-quality customer experience during vehicle service and conduct post-service follow-ups to maintain loyalty.

Complaint Resolution:

Handle and resolve customer escalations and grievances effectively within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).

Team Leadership:

Guide and train service advisors and front-office staff on professional customer handling and communication.

OEM Coordination:

Liaise with Maruti Suzuki Regional Offices regarding warranty updates, policy compliance, and escalated technical issues.

System Management

: Ensure accurate entry of customer data and service records into the DMS (Dealer Management System).

Required Qualifications & Skills



Education

: Graduate degree in any stream/ diploma in Mech., an MBA (Marketing or Finance) is often preferred.

Experience

: Typically 5-6 years in customer service, ideally within the automobile industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and specialized DMS software.

Soft Skills

: Strong communication in local regional language; conflict resolution; and a customer-centric attitude.
