Assign leads to sales representatives and track follow-up.

Customer Interaction & Engagement
Develop and implement customer engagement campaigns (email, SMS, calls).
Conduct satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
Manage pre-sales and post-sales communication.

Sales Support
Coordinate with the sales team to track and nurture prospects.
Provide insights into customer preferences and buying behavior.
Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and onboarding experience.

After-Sales Service Coordination
Schedule service reminders and follow-ups.
Handle customer complaints or service-related issues.
Promote extended warranties, service packages, and accessories.
6.
Loyalty & Retention Programs
Design and manage loyalty programs (e.g., referral bonuses, repeat purchase offers).
Track customer lifecycle and send targeted offers to retain customers.
7.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare CRM performance reports (lead conversion, retention, NPS, etc.).
Use analytics to identify trends and improve customer strategies.
Provide management with insights for decision-making.
8.
Software & Tools Management
Manage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, AutoRaptor, HubSpot, DMS integration).
Train dealership staff on CRM system usage.
