Job Description

2 TO 4 YEARS1. Monitor the Steam , check the reports and booking .

2. Monitor "Pick up and drop" of customer vehicles .

3. Check drivers availability.

4. Checking manpower availability of the day (Reception/customer care).

5. Checking PSF reports through CRM and addressing and closing of all complaints.

6. Checking of repeat and revisit vehicles .

7. Monitoring ryiOS Operations.

8. Monitoring PRO's data collection for converting and increasing business.

9. Conducting camps in workshops and in localities with PRO's. IO.Monitoring the IFC (Initial

Feedback Card) and taking corrective actions. 11.Handling of Customer complaints and corrective and

preventive actions.

QUALIFICATION- ANY DEGREE

AUTOMOBILE SECTOR EXPERIENCE - 2 TO 4 YEARS

NB- TWO WHEELER FOUR WHEELER LICENCE REQUIRED

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
