Post: Customer Care Manager Company: Sai Service Pvt Ltd ( Dealer of Maruti Suzuki) Salary: Hike from current salary. Qualification: Any Degree Experience required: Min 2 year in Customer Service/Team lead (Automobile industry is an advantage)

Job Role


1 .CCM is responsible for implementation of customer care activities such as Post-Service Follow-up, complaints tracking and updation of complaints, etc.

2 Ensure effective PSF is done by CCEs as per script to achieve high contact %age

3 Front office upkeep, customer receiving area cleanliness.

4 Ensure feedback from customers through cards and actions on dissatisfied customers.

5 Complaints tracking and pending complaints reports.

6 Complaints resolution compliance as per system.

7 Organising customer meets.

8 Ensuring customer feedback during checkup camps.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
