automobile sales field
or customer care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of customer handling techniques and CRM systems.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Handle all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers before and after vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with the sales, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
Resolve customer concerns effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Conduct post-sale follow-ups and satisfaction surveys.
Assist in showroom customer walk-ins and provide information when required.
Support the sales team by understanding customer needs and providing service-related inputs.
Prepare and share reports on customer feedback and improvement areas.
