JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the branch customer care operations
Ensure the branch meets its sales and revenue targets by developing and executing business strategies.
Oversee all operations ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor branch performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
Implement marketing initiatives to promote the branch and grow the customer base.
Ensure the security of the gold stored in the branch and manage risk.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain strict adherence to RBI guidelines and other financial regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
