Job Description

We're looking for someone warm, detail-oriented, and proactive to support our customers across WhatsApp, calls, and email. You'll handle queries, track orders, resolve issues, and ensure every customer has a smooth experience.

Responsibilities



Respond to customer queries across channels Support with bookings, orders, tracking, and issue resolution Record interactions, follow-ups, and escalations Maintain communication that is clear, accurate, and empathetic Coordinate with internal teams when needed

Requirements



1-3 years experience in customer support or similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organisational and problem-solving skills Experience using CRM / support tools preferred

Nice to Have



Experience in healthcare, wellness, or D2C Comfort working with medical or patient-related information
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,347.10 - ₹42,707.50 per month

Work Location: In person
