Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or support ticket system. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary. Maintain customer records by updating account information in the CRM system

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
