The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and respond to customer queries effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
Maintain professionalism, patience, and a customer-first approach during interactions.
Record customer interactions and update information in CRM tools or systems.
Follow communication and quality standards set by the organization.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in
Malayalam/Tamil
(mandatory).
Basic understanding of
English/Hindi
(added advantage).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm, confident, and patient while dealing with customers.
Basic computer proficiency -- MS Office, typing, and CRM handling preferred.
