We are looking for a Customer Care Leader to lead and manage our customer service
team at Home Thali Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong communication
skills, leadership ability, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the customer care team to meet daily performance goals.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Train and guide team members to improve service quality.
Prepare and share daily and weekly performance reports with management.
Ensure all customer interactions follow company policies and service standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or team leading role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle pressure efficiently.
Basic computer and reporting knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
