Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat across multiple time zones.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer complaints and concerns.
Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends.
Ensure adherence to company service quality standards and SLAs.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields.
1-3 years
of experience in international customer service, preferably in an international setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English
(additional languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and different time zones.
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling global clients across different industries.
Familiarity with multiple communication platforms (email, chat, phone).
Knowledge of international market trends and cultural sensitivities.
