Key Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems. Identify and troubleshoot product or service issues, providing clear solutions and guidance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or support platform.

Escalate unresolved issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until resolution. Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve product, processes, and policies.
