Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office and attend to walk-in customers courteously.
Maintain strong customer relationships and assist with inquiries.
Handle
agreement drafting and coordination
with clients.
Conduct
payment collection and follow-ups
with customers.
Perform
tele-calling, cold calling, and pre-sales calls
to generate and qualify leads.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Accounts, CRM) for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up logs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, tele calling, or front office management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email).
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
