Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails related to customer queries. Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers. Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with clients. Record and update customer interactions in the system. Collaborate with the operations team for smooth query handling. Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum HSC pass (Graduate preferred). Good command of English communication (verbal & written). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Skills & Competencies:

Experience:
