Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Customer Care Expert
who can handle customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, calls, and social media
Resolve complaints, order issues, and product-related questions in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, marketing) for issue resolution
Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand-aligned communication
Handle sensitive conversations with discretion and empathy
Follow defined customer support SOPs and quality standards
Requirements & Skills
Prior experience in customer support / customer care (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Comfortable working with CRM tools, emails, and chat platforms
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset
