Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries related.
Provide efficient resolution and support to customers.
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and work schedules.
Manage assigned tasks within the stipulated work hours.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Must have a laptop with at least an Intel i3 or 4th generation processor.
Minimum of 4GB RAM required.
Strong and stable WiFi connection.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Schedule:
Shift:
9 hours total (including a 1-hour break).
Login Hours:
8 hours per day.
Working Days:
6 days a week with 1 weekly off.
Leave Policy:
No leaves will be granted for the first 3 months of employment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
