Customer Care Coordinator/Tele-Caller

Graduate/Communication Degree

Experience:

1 to 3 years

Purpose of the Role:



To manage inbound and outbound communication with patients and clients, provide appointment assistance, and ensure effective coordination between departments to enhance patient satisfaction and service experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls courteously and professionally. Provide information on hospital services, doctors' schedules, and appointments. Record patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints for timely action. Follow up on patient appointments, diagnostics, and discharge feedback. Maintain call logs and update patient interaction records in CRM/HIS system. Support marketing and patient relation initiatives through telecommunication campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
