Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals fluent in Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, or Bengali to join our Customer Care team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in the assigned regional language.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined timelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide detailed information about products, services, or policies.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Ensure excellent customer experience through polite and proactive communication.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Fluency in any one or more of the following languages: Gujarati / Marathi / Punjabi / Bengali.

Good communication skills in Hindi or English (preferred).

Active listening, patience, and empathy while dealing with customers.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Problem-solving attitude and a positive mindset.

Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

Experience: 6 Months-2 years in customer service, call center, or telecalling.

Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (depending on experience and language proficiency)
