Job Description



Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls Generate sales leads(talk on new or existing leads, and try to fix meetings with clients) Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents(maintain excel sheet)

Requirements and skills

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative FEMALES ARE PREFFERED Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively should know how to work on excel, have excellent communication skills in hindi and english.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
