Good English communication skills Providing proactive customer outreach Responding promptly to customer inquiries. strong phone call contact handling skills and active listening Manage incoming/Outgoing phone calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Excellent communication and presentation skills Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of character Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
