Key Responsibilities:
Handle Incoming Calls: Attend to inbound calls from patients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing relevant information.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in booking appointments
Patient Information Management: Collect and update patient information in the system, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
Provide Information: Offer detailed information about services, healthcare professionals, and treatment options available.
Follow-up Calls: Make follow-up calls to patients to confirm appointments, reschedule if necessary, and ensure patient satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any patient complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Adhere to Protocols: Follow company policies and procedures regarding patient interactions and data handling.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, inquiries, and appointment schedules.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; customer service is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil
Problem-solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive patient information.
Work Environment: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace at home, and a reliable internet connection.
