Customer Care Executive
for its Domestic Operations team. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving courier-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve queries related to domestic shipments, tracking, delays, and complaints
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for quick issue resolution
Maintain accurate call logs, CRM records, and follow-ups
Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports
Adhere to company policies, service standards, and data confidentiality norms
Candidate Requirements
Age below 30 years
Languages:
Fluent in
Bengali, Hindi & English
(mandatory)
Minimum qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate
0-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM systems)
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
