Aminia Restaurant is looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Care Executive
who can efficiently handle customer interactions, take food orders, and actively
push sales
through effective communication and upselling techniques. The ideal candidate should be polite, confident, and result-oriented with a strong understanding of customer service in the food & beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, online orders, and walk-in queries professionally
Accurately take food orders and ensure proper coordination with the kitchen and delivery team
Promote menu items, combos, and special offers to increase order value
Convince customers through effective sales pitch and upselling techniques
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper records of orders, customer feedback, and daily sales
Follow company SOPs and service standards at all times
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and delivery
Requirements & Skills:
Prior experience in customer care or food ordering (restaurant or QSR preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets
Basic knowledge of POS systems and order management tools
Fluent in Hindi & English (local language preferred)
Immediate joiners preferred
