1. Student Enquiry Handling
Make outbound calls to students who have expressed interest in NIHT programs
Handle inbound calls and address student queries in a polite and professional manner
2. Course Information & Guidance
Share details about courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and career prospects clearly
Help students choose the right program based on their interests and goals
3. Follow-ups & Admission Support
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students
Guide students through the enrollment steps
Encourage participation in counselling sessions, demos, and campus visits
4. Data & Record Management
Update student enquiry details in CRM or Excel sheets
Maintain accurate call records, follow-up schedules, and conversion data
5. Internal Coordination
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to close enquiries
Submit daily performance and call activity reports
Eligibility Criteria
experience in telecalling, customer support, student counselling, or inside sales
Mandatory:
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Strong communication and active listening skills
Patient, presentable, positive, and student-oriented approach
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business)
