Transfer calls to relevant departments as required
Maintain professional and helpful tone
Eligibility:
Fresher with Graduation (technical / honors) mandatory
Fluent in Bengali & Hindi; English is a plus
Flexible working in all shifts as:
- Morning: 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- Evening: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Night: 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Open to 6 day's work week
Immediate joiners preferred
