Position Overview:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Your role will involve effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong dedication to meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive and helpful experience. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible. Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to relay information, escalate issues as necessary, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes, and relay this feedback to relevant teams. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while handling customer interactions and maintaining customer data confidentiality. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established performance targets, such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales quotas. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and customer service best practices through training sessions, workshops, and self-study.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
