Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to onboard new customers (shippers, brokers, fleet owners, and truckers).
Guide users through registration and help them understand app/web features.
Handle inbound calls related to bookings, load posting, trip updates, payments, and platform issues.
Troubleshoot customer problems and coordinate with internal tech/operations for quick resolution.
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and customer feedback records.
Provide polite, clear, and solution-oriented communication at all times.
Follow standard operating procedures for customer verification, onboarding, and issue handling.
Share insights and suggestions to improve customer experience.

Requirements
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic English or Bengali is an advantage.
Previous customer care/tele-calling experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and explaining processes clearly.
Basic familiarity with mobile apps and web platforms.
Strong problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work from our Kolkata office at the mentioned address.
