Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services and generate leads. Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer databases with details of interactions and follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Follow scripts and company guidelines while ensuring a professional and courteous approach. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. Collect and record customer feedback to support service improvement. Coordinate with the salesteam for lead nurturing and closing.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Aggressive caller - Target oriented Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Fluency in English, Hindi and any other regional language of India Good organizational and time-management skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
