1. Student Enquiry Handling
Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in NIHT courses.
Attend inbound calls and respond to queries politely and professionally.
2. Information Sharing
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities clearly.
Assist students in understanding which program suits their goals.
3. Follow-Ups & Conversion Support
Follow up with interested students and help them with the next steps in enrollment.
Motivate students to attend counselling sessions, demos, or campus visits.
4. Data Management
Update enquiry records in CRM or Excel.
Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up reminders, and conversion tracking.
5. Coordination
Work closely with admissions and the marketing team to close student enquiries.
Share daily performance reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience in
customer care, student counselling, tele support
, or
inside sales
Mandatory:
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Excellent communication and listening skills
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to guide students
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)
Freshers with strong communication may also be considered
