Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to product service, repair status, and service requests.
Register customer complaints and create service tickets in the system.
Provide accurate information regarding service charges, warranty, and technician visits.
Follow up with technicians and update customers about repair progress.
Maintain call logs, customer records, and daily reporting.
Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
Support the service center team in coordinating technician schedules and appointments.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English as required).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, call recording system).
Customer-handling experience preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple calls efficiently.
Polite, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
