Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when needed.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Work with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication (verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
Ability to work in shifts or under pressure.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in customer service preferred.
