Job Responsibilities

:

Handle customer queries via calls. Assist with product, order, and service-related concerns Maintain professionalism and accurate information sharing Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

:

Good communication skills in

English and Hindi

Typing speed of

30 words per minute

with

90 percent accuracy

Comfortable handling both voice and chat support Willing to work in

24x7 rotational shifts

Ready to work

5 days a week

with

2 rotational week offs

No planned leaves allowed for the

first 3 months

Should not have appeared for any interview with this process in the last 3 months

Total duration:

10.3 hours/day

(including 45 min break) Actual working time:

9.45 hours/day


Salary

:

?15,000 to ?17,000 CTC per month (Fixed Salary - No Incentives) Salary starts from

Day 1 of joining
