We are hiring for B-to-B E-commerce Process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Be proactive & take initiatives to explore & learn about the product that we offer. Handle customer calls and resolve queries effectively. Provide clear and accurate information. Maintain customer satisfaction and call quality. Work in coordination with the team and follow guidelines Understand standard operation procedures and delivery services that are according to the quality standards set by the company.
