Designation - Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, chat) promptly and professionally. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction and retention. Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information and interactions into the customer service database. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions. Interact with Stations Heads/Department Heads to resolve customer Complains. Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors for further assistance. Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting a positive image of the company and its products/services during customer interactions. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
