Job Overview:

Looking for a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join the Thermo Adhesives Business team. The role involves sales growth, customer relationship management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Build and enhance customer relationships Process new account registrations Resolve customer issues Prepare and send quotations Generate leads and manage sales pipeline Upsell and encourage repeat business
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2-3 years of relevant experience Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
