Roles and Responsibilities:



Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied. Be proactive and take initiatives to explore and learn about the product that we offer. Understand standard operation procedures and delivers services that is according to the quality standards set by the company.

Good communication skills of Hindi ,English and Bengali
