Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand standard operation procedures & delivers services that is according to the quality Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied. Good communication skills of Hindi ,English and Bengali. Must have knowledge of Excel and word.

Freshers are also welcome with good communication skill of Hindi, English and Bengali.
