Regular Role

: ?2.8 LPA (CTC)

Apprentice Role

: ?16,800 per month (Stipend)

Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries and issues through calls, emails, and chats Provide timely and effective support while maintaining a high standard of customer service Document interactions and ensure data accuracy Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving customer satisfaction goals

Key Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication Good comprehension and typing skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
