Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Voice/Chat



Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational)

Working Days: 5-6 days/week

Cab: Provided (Pickup & Drop)

We are hiring experienced candidates for international voice and chat support. You'll handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high-quality support experience.

Requirements

:

Education: Graduation (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice/Chat preferred)

Communication: Excellent spoken and written English

Compensation:



In-hand Salary: ?19,000 - ?25,000/month

Performance Bonus: Up to ?2,000/month

Travel Allowance: ?1,400/month

Cab Facility: Available for night shifts

Interview Process:



HR Screening (Voice, Grammar, Accent)

Functional Round (Mock Call/Chat)

AMCAT (Min. Score: 58)

Final Operations Round
