We are hiring a Female Customer Care Executive to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.

Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure follow-ups for satisfaction.

Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Work collaboratively with other departments to solve customer issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus).

Previous experience in customer service or related roles preferred.

Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
